This website, snapdrip.coffee, is operated by Snap Drip Coffee ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms, our Shipping policy, Returns and refunds policy, and Privacy policy.

Using the site

To place an order, you must be the age of majority in your province or state. Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, and don't try to interfere with its operation or security.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may look different on your screen. We may change or stop selling any product at any time. Product images may be provided by our suppliers and are for illustration.

Pricing and orders

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm that it is on its way. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if there's a pricing error, suspected fraud, or the item is unavailable. If we cancel after payment, we'll refund you. Taxes are shown at checkout where they apply.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We don't store your full payment card details.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. An order may ship in more than one package. See our Shipping policy for details. Lost parcels are handled as described in that policy.

Acceptable use

Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, don't impersonate anyone, and don't try to disrupt or break into the site or other people's accounts.

Final sale and refunds

All sales are final. We don't accept returns for change of mind. We'll offer a refund or a replacement, decided case by case, for items that arrive damaged, defective, wrong, or not as described, or that are lost, as described in our Returns and refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, logos, and our own product descriptions and guides, belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or reuse it without written permission.

Third-party links

The site may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limits of liability

Products are provided as described, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

Safe use

Use products as the manufacturer intends. Be careful with hot water and glass.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.
