Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

How orders are fulfilled

We use a dropshipping supplier. When you order, the supplier prepares and sends your item from their warehouse directly to you. Some items may ship in separate parcels, from different locations, and arrive on different days.

Processing time

Orders usually take 1-5 business days to process before they ship. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Estimated delivery time

Delivery times are estimates only. They are not guaranteed. Carriers can be delayed by weather, customs, holidays, and other things outside our control.

United States	7-12 days (items shipped from our supplier's China warehouse)

Processing time is in addition to the delivery estimate.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email a tracking number when one is available. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.

Wrong address

Please check your address before you pay. We can't change it once the order has shipped. If a parcel is returned to the sender because of an incorrect address, we may need to ask for additional shipping costs to send it again.

Lost orders

If your order has not arrived, first check the tracking and the estimate above, and ask neighbors or your building's mailroom. Then email hi@snapdrip.coffee with your order number.

We treat an order as lost if it has not been delivered 45 days after it left the supplier's warehouse.

If your order is lost, we'll investigate and offer a refund or a replacement.
